Full renovation and re-stabilization of a vibrant and historical multi-building complex in the heart of the South Broadway/Baker neighborhood. Newly renovated in 2017/2018, the project hosts 4 buildings with 38 apartment units and 10,000 sqft of Broadway retail space.
